Tivo HD Pixelation Problem

This sample clip recorded using Tivo HD shows "pixelation", "macro blocking" etc. symptons. This may not be related to tuner/hdtv signal since similar issues are also present on downloaded podcast material, Netflix WatchNow (on TivoHD). I have another TivoHD unit that works fine. Recordings transfered from the good Tivo HD player is OK when viewed on the "defective" Tivo HD.
